Chicksands Email Information Form (By filling this form in you are NOT re-enlisting)!

Please fill out the information as it applies to you. Maiden names should be included if that is the way you were known at Chicksands. Dependents stationed with parents at Chicsands are welcome to add their names, include that information on the form in Comments, Dad and Mom's name too. In the Comment section please list your favorite activities you were involved in, i.e. Pubbing, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Girl-Chasing, etc! We also have a list sorted by Years. Please enter the years 'you were there', i.e. 1960-1965 or 60-65 or (65-65 and 68-70 and 72-75) for more than one tour! And we thank you kindly! :-)
