100 acres of Land situate lying & being in the County aforesd & bounded as followeth Vizt begining att a small white Oak on the Dam side it being the first corner tree expressed in A Lease by the sd BRACEWELL granted to JOHN WILLIAMS and from the sd White Oak runing down the Dam side to A small branch of the sd Dam close by the sd ROBERT BRACEWELLs Orchard & dwelling house that is now on his Land, & for length it is to run Westward into the woods bounding on the South side of the sd Branch, & on the sd JOHN WILLIAMS his lyne of marked trees from the foresd White Oak or first mentioned station, till the sd One hundred Acres of Land be fully compleated. . . . .upon reasonable request to him made he will acknowledge this present deed and Conveyance in the Isle of Wight County Cort or Nanzimond Cort.
